In Business Organisations i learnt about why and how Businesses set aims and objectives about business. In this topic you will have to focus on one business and talk about its mission statements and why they set aims. You will also learn about what kind of objectives Businesses set and for what reasons. For example every business has different aims and objectives to other Business.

In Business Marketing plan i had to come up with my own business idea. I also had to make a presentation about this business idea and present it to the teacher. in this topic i also had plan how i would sell the product that i had come up with. for example i made a leaflet about my product or service and what the price and i had to make it appealing to the customers eye.

In Business Purposes i learnt about what the Government policies and actions. Also in this topic i had to make a leaflet describing the ownerships of businesses. For example if it is a Sole Trader or a Public Limited Company we had to explain what they are and what type of businesses they are and what sector they are in and all this had to be done in a leaflet.

in Customer Relations i was asked to focus on one Business and talk about how that business deals with its customer service. i had to type up several reports and one booklet talking about the Business Organisation i had chosen. I also had to give a group presentation about one of the Business and talk about how they run Customer service and how they deal with it.
